Configure Chat in Siebel IP2015
Team,
We would like to configure Chat in Siebel IP2015, try to follow "Roadmap for Configuring Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat" it is was not able to configure because not clear on step d on page 33 on the guide.
1) Using Industry Application, is it possible to configure chat for it?
2) if yes, please let us know the procedure to configure.
3) Is CTI required ?
Have created Record in "All Configuration" View and imported "multichannel_enhanced_chat.def" as per guide.
