We want to update 'ASSET_NUMBER' from the book example  'AT_DRT_ALGER' by adding a  suffix for example: 1649899 || '_02',
and reload the same 'ASSET_NUMBER' in another book example 'DOT_ALG_CENTRE'.

in table  : FA_ADDITIONS_B.

we want a script to extract the rows in the first 'book'.
