Event oracle.apps.wf.notification.close not getting kicked off

Hello,

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this question or not.

But I have issues firing off event oracle.apps.wf.notification.close.  I have a subscription for this event which should be kicking off a pl/sql function.  That pl/sql doesn't seem to be running since the close event is not getting fired off.  I expect that that event should fire off when a po requisition is approved.

Please advise as to what we're doing wrong.
