Assignment of Origin for Requisitions Created from Inventory Replenishments

Hello,

We have setup Requisition Loader Defaults for a BU with a Requestor (John) and Origin (INV). This requestor id is a true person who also does online requestions (adhoc). John's user preference is setup as ONL. When we create BIN (Inventory Replenishments), Requisitions are getting created with John as Requestor ID which is correct but has Origin ONL instead of INV defined at Req Loader setup. It looks like John's user preference overriding Req Loader default Origin?  The only way I could get INV as Origin was when John's origin at his user preference was blank.

Is preferred approach is to create a separate requestor ID called Reqload and use that instead of a real person? Can anyone confirm?
