Signon Audit Unsuccessful Logins Report

We are trying to find why we have many Unsuccessful Logins to our EBS instance for SYSADMIN user. The conc request: "Signon Audit Unsuccessful Logins" provides details on the attempted time for the Unsuccessful Logins but no other details such as the ip address etc for the user trying to login. Is there any possibility to capture more information on this report in EBS R12.2.4 instances?
