Service Requests Import using EIM not working

Hi All,

I am trying to import Service Requests using EIM process and recieving 'REQUIRED_COLS' error in IF_ROW_STAT column.  Please help if you have come across this issue. I have populated all required columns upto my knowledge. Below is the SQL I am using to insert row into EIM table.

Insert INTO siebel.EIM_SRV_REQ (SR_NUM, ROW_ID, IF_ROW_BATCH_NUM, IF_ROW_STAT, SR_CREATED_DT, EXP_CLOSE_DT,ACT_CLOSE_DT, PROD_NAME, SR_STAT_ID, SR_TITLE, SR_PRIO_CD, X_SR_TYPE,

CST_ACCNT_LOC, CST_ACCNT_NAME, OWNER_EMP_LOGIN, OWNER_OU_BU, SR_SUBTYPE_CD, SR_OS, X_SR_TOPIC)
