Concurrent Programs are appearing everywhere across modules

Hello All,

We have an issues with the custom concurrent programs which are appearing in payable and receivables module though they are assigned to specific module requests group (Reports All).

For example, xx ap report is appearing in AR manager responsibility where this request group is not have the custom report name.

Can someone pls help where we need to correct this issue?
