Access to Collective Agreement Task

Hi All,

I have an access to fusion application version 11.1.9.0.0

I cannot find task "Manage Collective Agreement".

I have access to cloud application as well. I can find same task in cloud application.

Can anyone tell me do is it the bug in application? or do we need to apply patch ?

Please share any related information.
