Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Text failed to index / search html with special symbol

When a html contains html special symbol like

Mr Wong

Then "Wong" cannot be searched by using "contains" operator, but this is OK in old oracle 9.2 oracle text
