2015 "G" Batch in "Pending" Status ???

Issue: 2015 "G" Batch  in  "Pending" Status Batch Number 58721

The "G" batch type below seems to somehow have been generated in JDE although I have not looked at old data, is there anyway  to understand where this came from. 2015 has not been reopened to allow a void to occur.
