SWSE installation fails

Hi,

We were running an upgrade from Siebel 8.1.1.11 to IP2016.

The server was hosting both Siebel server and SWSE under folder \sba81 and \sba81\SWEApp

while running the IP16 installation we were getting error that unable to rename the folder \sba81 so we decided to uninstall the SWSE.

After uninstalling the SWSE we were able to install IP16 on the siebel server.

We then tried to install SWSE (Base 8.1.1 , 8.1.1.11 and IP16) again but it failed while installing the base 8.1.1 version itself. It was complaining about some table.txt file missing under \sba81\SWEApp\_uninst\eappweb

so we tried to install SWSE on a separate location under
