Urgent: how know table or view name this form is reading data from

Hello,

I have urgent requirement, unfortunately I don't have enough time to read oracle documentation. Below is a screen shot from our Organization form, when I click on the small box (highlighted by red arrow), the window on the right appear.

My Question: how to know from which table or view this data is being populated?  Note that I cannot click on "Record History" at this window level.

Appreciate your prompt help because HR asked for an urgent requirement.
