DEBMUL Standard in Oracle Enterprise One 9.1

Doas anybody knows if there is some funcionality in Oracle E1 9.1 to import and process DEBMUL file (multiple debit advice massage) in order to process automatic payments from this file? the functionality seems to be included in Business Suite but l cannot find anything similar in Enterprise one.
