Item Search in quoting

Hi

While searching for an inventory item to input in a quote (HTML), we get 'no results found'. However the item exists in both the interMedia Search and Inventory tables.

In fact the issue is affects a few items only. Others are able to be called onto the quote without any issue.

Could any one help in finding the cause of this issue.
