Query in service request screen not working for a particular user

Hi,

One user is trying to execute the below query in Service request screen to get results.

Status field contains "<> Closed AND <> Cancelled"  and Owner field contains "=UCAMLC or =UCACDA"

Status field contains "Not Like Closed AND Not Like Cancelled"  and Owner field contains "=UCAMLC or =UCACDA"

In both the cases,Records with status Closed are also visible for that user.It shouldn't behave like this

But for other user's the same query is fetching the correct details
