9.2 New Install - Data Conversion

I have installed JDE E1 version 9.2 on all new servers.  Everything is clean.  Now I would like to load my existing 9.0 database into the new 9.2 server.  I need assistance on what steps I need to follow to accomplish this.  Is there a process to copy/convert the data from the 9.0 database server to the new 9.2 database server...or do I need to restore the 9.0 database to the new 9.2 server.

Thanks for any direction.

Server configuration:

All servers running on Windows 2012 R2 64 bit

Database server running Microsoft SQL Server 2012
