Journal Enable JV ID per entity

I have some questions on how FDM assigns journal labels for HFM.
- How does the FDM integration settings option Journal Enable JV ID per entity works?
- What’s the pattern?
- Does it reuse the same journal labels in the next load?
- How do we set it up in a way that it will create a unique journal label and not reuse what is already existing?
