LOV Order is not followed in Siebel

Hi Experts,

Recently we have updated LOV order field for a LOV. In the Drop down, it is still following Created Date Order instead of Order mentioned in the Order Field.

I hope, this is not an expected behaviour. Is there any bug or are we missing any.
