Error occurred in complete_journal_entry API When create create a journal entry by using the API x

Hi,

We have a masse journal entry to enter manually and then a huge time to perform Journal Entry Import,then we used the Public API "xla_journal_entries_pub_pkg" to perform a journal entry import, but an Error occurred in complete_journal_entry API :

the two procedure "create_journal_entry_header" and "create_journal_entry_line" complete succefully, but the "complete_journal_entry" terminated with error :

       ERROR

       -----------------------

           Error occurred in complete_journal_entry API

          ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

          An internal error has occurred in the program . Failed to complete journal entry.. in Package xla.plsql.xla_journal_entries_pub_pkg Procedure complete_journal_entry
