We found that the package body  FND_WEB_SEC got invalid during the online upgrade patch for R12.2.6 and users were unable to login to the EBS instance at this time. We fixed the issue using metalink  doc id1386479.1. but we are trying to find the cause for the invalidation of package during patching cycle where this package should not get affected in the Run Fs.
