OAT Repairs and Maintenance capabilities

Does Oracle Asset Tracking has the capabilities of repairs and maintenance? Or Do we need to have EAM, in addition to the OAT for repairs and maintenance?

Our customer has external system where R& M is done, but wanted to got for OAT. wanted to know the R&M capabilities exists in OAT or separately we need to go for EAM(Enterprise asset management)?
