Is there a MOS document for how to open a Linux OS service request?

Is there a MOS document for how to open a Linux OS service request? Note, for Solaris there is MOS doc = How to Create a Solaris Operating System SR with a Hardware CSI (Doc ID 1938775.1).

However, I am not finding a similar MOS doc for Linux.
