Error with cXML message map.

Hi,

  I have a business need to create a custom message map for cXML outbound PO (R12.1.3).  Issue is that I keep receiving the below error:

ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'INITTRANSACTION' ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored - ECX_ACTIONS.BIND_PROC_VARIABLES

I've tested by doing a very slight customization and then loading the message map.  Map loads with no issue and I know that

the message map is correct (very minor customization), but I still receive the error.  Followed all notes found, bounced complete instance,

still same issue.
