Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. There is a requirement is Russia to track customs declaration number from import of goods to sales of goods.

Is there a existing localization for this?

Any ideas about how to do this?
