Agile PG&C Compliance issue

Hello, we have an issue where if we Calculate Compliance for a Part, the Overall Compliance shows Missing Info. Its not going to Compliant state. All items in its BOM have “Exclude from Rollup” field set to Yes as well. Can you please advise.
