Oracle Quality – Inspections updating error

Hello All,

Inspections that are marked as Reject are not updating when the item is re-inspected and marked Reject again, only updating when re-inspected and marked Accept.

Can you please advise if this is normal functionality that a Reject result cannot be re-inspected with the same outcome Reject again and can only be updated with an Accept?
