BI Publisher 11g (OBIEE 11.1.1.9.5) - Excel Ouput - Number Stored as Text

Hi,

I would like to understand when outputting to Excel how to avoid numbers written to xlsx files being written in a format where number are stored as text. In order to interpret the Excel file and use the numeric columns directly as for otherwise users of the Excel file (Excel 2013) need to perform "Text to Columns" in order to use the output data.

Is there a setting / process in BI Publisher to do this to avoid manual intervention in Excel ?
