ESU history data in a fat client, F9672 system vs jdeplan

So I see a difference between the ESU history data between system and planner.

I know we are supposed to login to JDEPLAN in dep server to get the ESU history information but when we apply any ESU, the process updates F9672 in JDEPLAN and System datasource both, correct?

So why am I seeing a difference?

I checked spec merge reports and other reports from a bunch of ESUs applied to see if there was any error, but couldn't find any. Any ideas?
