Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have a user getting work center errors when running R09801 regarding VAT redistributions. One of the first errors is a NN error.

Is this tied to the JM and JK document types? I had added NN by Company for those but they do not seem to be getting pulled in.
