BIP pdf template output report only display the 1st record on the server job but the xml display ok

I have a Report Definition for pdf template the xml display ok at Template Viewer but when the job run at the server the output only display the 1st record.

This is a JDE Enterprise One UBE for the BIP pdf template output report.

Please let me know if anybody saw this issue before and know how to fix it.
