C4 Calculation in R31802A

We are trying to prove out all the entries generated by the R31802A manufacturing Accounting process. We have proven all the cost components out (some take the cost component by the Qty completed, the B2 uses the Accounting Cost Quantity etc.). We can't however seem to get back to the C4 amount that is being generated.

For example, we have a cost component of 0.0275 and a quantity completed of 1000 (the  accounting cost quantity is 1500 in case that matters) but the IH that is generated is for $33.34 (logic would indicate that the amount should be .0275 * 1000).

Can anyone add some information as to exactly how this calculation takes place.
