NN error numbering skips numbers

Hi All,

End user face issue with NN when add new AB , the numbering skips numbers, each 2, other times each 100

this is a bug?

F0101, F03012, F0401 bug?

P0105?

..?

the  AB skips to other number and shouldn'y skips to others numbers   so that user can not use all number
