US PAY: State Periodic Wage Listing (File processing/filing)

We have around 35 states that we upload the magnetic media when we file quarterly, but there are a quite a few of these that require manual (usually minor) corrections to the format before the state will accept them.  There are a few states that don't seem to accept the format the periodic wage listing is creating at all and we have either created a SQL query to generate the data, or some other method.  Arizona, California, Kansas, Maine, and Tennessee are examples of some that we are manually creating files for because the states don't seem to accept the
