Supplier Simple Search on a full Supplier Number returns all Suppliers that start with the same numb

Hi,

I am wondering if this is the intended functionality of the Supplier Simple Search.  If the search is performed with Supplier Number "56408", the returned values include "56408" and every Supplier that begins with Supplier Number "56408" (i.e. 564087). Since a wildcard was not used at the end of supplier number, should only the Supplier with the actual value be returned? Note:  the same results return whether I hit "Go" or "Enter."
