After running csitneru.sql, we are still getting errors
We are getting reports from users, saying that their expect IB records are not being created. After some research I found that we have several thousand rows in csi_txn_errors from the past 5 days with this error message:
You have encountered an unexpected error in CSI_INV_TRXS_PKG.GET_TRANSACTION_RECS, with error ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.CSI_UTL_PKG" has been invalidated%
According to note 1437601.1, we should run PL/SQL script, @$CSI_TOP/patch/115/sql/csitneru.sql. We have run this in production, and I have reprocessed a few of the material transactions through the IB Admin's "Transaction Errors Re-Processing" screen. About 3/4 of the records fail again, with the same error message.
