Fail to run DB clone.pl: (Database Service creation Failure) on ODA x6-2S

Hi ,

i have done below steps.

1. I reimaged ODA x6-2S with 12.1.2.10.0 OS ISO IMAGE.

2. Update the repo with GI and  RDBMS Clone.

3. connected to browser and create appliance, but choose not to create DB.(it was successful)

4. later i tired to create database. it got failed .
