Windows VM crashing with Oracle WebCenter Portal

Our Windows VM is crashing after starting all Oracle Webcenter instances. It’s crashing on Kernel-Power issue with Event ID 41:

The VM is on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise version. After starting Weblogic, WC_Spaces, WC_Portlet, WC_Collaboration the VM crashes. We’re using Oracle WebCenter Portal 11g (11.1.1.8.0) on Weblogic 10.3.6.0. Java version on the VM is JDK 7 update 51.

Previously our whole WebCenter suite was running on a different VM for around 3 years. Last year suddenly it started crashing with Kernel-Power event. Then we tried to setup WebCenter on another VM but we failed due to frequent crash of VM with Kernel-Power. For both of these 2 VMs the database for creating RCU was on same VM.
