Direct ship sales order has generated the shipment number

Hi,

We have situation where direct ship sales order has generated the shipment number, but it should not, I have checked UDC 49/ SD where SOD is not defined then how the shipment number got generated? (for direct ship order we have order type SO and line type D, for sales order we have SO and line type S).

However, it is not happening for all direct ship orders, we found this issue only for 1 order. I have attached one sheet and compared this issue with our old order of same customer.

Any Idea that how would that have happened?
