Server Manager Agent not showing in SVM manage home location

Hi,

I'm facing issue where the sever manager agent that I've installed in on machine is not showing under server manager console.

I'm able to ping & telnet to port 14501 from that server to SVM machine. Firewall has been disable and host name has been declared on both side.

The server is installed with weblogic console and i'm able to open the weblogic console url from the SVM machine.

Kindly advice.
