compress/gzip issue on a nfs/netapp partition

Hello,

I'm working on a 12.1.0.2 two nodes RAC configuration.

My export and backup files are stored on a shared nfs/netapp partition.

For around a week, I have a continuous issue with my RMAN process and the script that manages export files

The RMAN process (compress enabled) hangs at the beginning of the process when it tries to access the partition.

The shell script builds export files without problem but when it execute gzip on the first export file, it hangs too.

It seems all processes using compression on this partition hang, I have to kill them. I never had this problem before this week.
