Order Managment Defaulting rules fire by Order Import Program even there are data exists in IFACE ta

We have an issue with Order Import while we are Creating Sales Order Thru Order Import.

Issue is that we are inserting data in FOB_POINT Columns in Iface line table and we do have some Defaulting rules and custom depandent attribute for FOB Point too.

Now issue is that We when creating a Sales Order From IFACE table thru Order Import, FOB_POINT values from Line IFACE table is negleted and Order Import defaulting that from defaulting rules from custom dependancy attribute. We are expecting that defaulting and dependency rules should fire only when there are no value available in FOB_POINT coloumn in IFACE table
