Select data using HS Service taking too much time in execute

Hello experts

I've been configured an HS service to extract data from SQL Server database using Oracle Warehouse Builder's mapping 11.2.0.4.0, the thing is sometimes the mapping I've created extract data and sometimes doesn't. When I trace the session in database I see that Oracle database execute in normal way the select but taking too much time in finalized it, and to avoid more problems I have to kill the session.
