Need clarification on oracle applications upgrade (12.2.6)

Hi,

We are working on an upgrade of oracle applications from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6 (DB is RAC enabled, currently 11.2.0.4 and after completion of applicaitons upgrade the DB will be upgraded to 12.1.0.2).

As per the standard oracle upgrade guide, after completion of 12.2.0 upgrade driver, we have cleaned up the nodes using "fnd_conc_clone.setup_clean()", ran autoconfig and then completed rapidwiz.

In the upgrade guide, it's mentioned that it's mandatory to perform the activities with only one node up till the completion of upgrade.

But, While applying the AD and TXK Delta patches or 12.2.6 RUP (patches applied using adop) we noticed that the autoconfig fails in the end if one of the RAC nodes are down.
