iprocurement pricing discrepancy between balnket purchase agreement and shopping cart

Hi,

We are implementing i procurement and have below question/concern:

1. For Inventory item if blanket agreement price is different than what is coming in shopping cart then is there any profile option or configuration to say which one to take precedence

2. How can inventory item and expense item can be in same shopping cart and requisition

3. How can we get shopping cart id from source system to oracle and capture that in requisition and Purchase order as well

Any help in this will be really appreciated.
