Create Accounting - Cost Management's Layout not defined.

Hello Oracle,

Our client is running Create Accounting - Cost Management, however is not able to generate the output properly, we reviewed the concurrent and the Layout / Template is not defined, as shown in the picture. How can this be selected? where is located a Standard Create Accounting - Cost Management template?

is there any document where we could find a setup process for this situation?
