Queries Peformance varies but have same execution Plan

Hello Gurus,

I have been asked to look into a production performance problem ,i have many similar SQL's (dynamically generated) most of them have same execution Plan(PHV) ,For ex: One SQL_ID(16smw5b6t9t9n) has different elapse time but same execution plan .

Why so much of variation in elapse time? Please help me troubleshoot i have lot of similar queries which are having same exact problems . The Job which has almost more than 350 similar queries use to generally finish around ~40 mins now taking more than 4 hours and sometimes 10 hrs.
