Oracle My Services - old version 16.1.0.0.0

hi,

we use the epbcs (enterprise planning & budgeting cloud service).

we have the problem that my services run as version 16.1.0.0.0 instead of actual 17.2.4.0.0.

due to the old version we are not able to configure the firewall settings via my services.

the oracle support works until now over 14 days on that and has no idea what it could be.

they work with four teams on the topic: cloud operations, pbcs services, cloud central and a further team ... 24/7.

maybe someone in the community has or had the same issue.

and maybe someone know a solution.
