In ODA X5-2, Normal redundancy ACFS DG, Total space

In  ODA X5-2, we used normal redundancy to deploy ASM, but still see 128TB space in disk groups which should be 64 TB with normal mirroring (2 way mirroring). We have not used any extra storage shelf. Can nyone suggest why?
