Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

i am trying to upload course list by CI, but always getting error:

Errors:

#1 - No rows exist for the specified keys. {CLST_TBL_ACAD_CI} (91,50)

#2 - Failed to get the Component Interface.

has anyone ever do this?

is there any trick?
