Tune UPDATE queries in Oracle

HI ,

We have oracle database tables which contain rows about 35 Million rows in some tables. These tables have multiple Indexes and constraints(NOT NULL, PK).

We have requirement to update some columns(all rows) with some specified values.

Could you please suggest some ways/steps on how to execute update queries fast on these tables?

Database version is 11.2.0.4.
